The confocalDT 2471 HS is the fastest controller worldwide with integrated light source and offers more powerful measurement characteristics and enhanced optical components. An active exposure time regulation feature allows different surface types to be compensated for quickly and precisely even with dynamic processes.
A standard version and a multi-peak version are available. The latter enables one-sided thickness measurement of transparent measurement objects with up to five layers. Materials are stored in an expandable materials database. Data output is via Ethernet, EtherCAT, RS422 or analogue output. The configuration of the controller and the sensors is performed without additional software using a user-friendly web interface.
