The new version 3.0 Top-Line video endoscopes are designed to meet complex industrial inspection tasks. Special features include the new light-sensitive CMOS sensor and the high resolution 5-inch display, which ensures that even the smallest detail is captured. The intuitive, easy to operate controls have been extended to include a twofold zoom function and image mirroring. Available models include endoscopes with outer diameters of 4 mm and 6 mm and a maximum operating length of 6 m. The flexible probe tip has a fourfold deflection and can be fixed with a mechanical locking brake at up to 150°. The probe is protected through a robust probe sheath. The large viewing angle of 70° provides a comfortable view of the interior of plant and machinery. The video endoscope comes with a robust aluminium case and includes light source, charger unit, spare batteries, charging station and an SD storage card. Accessories now include a 90° prism head and various guide aids. Illumination is provided by a battery-powered, adjustable LED light source with high light intensity to allow mains-free operation of up to 2.5 hours.
The new video endoscopes are particularly well suited to weld seam inspection of containers and plant constructions, as well as for inspecting cast parts and deposits in pipes.
